There are numerous financing and funding possibilities in the fields of alternative and renewable energies. Subsequently you find some information on funding programs of the granting authority Sächsische Aufbaubank (SAB). What amount of funding may you expect?

The grant will be offered under the de minimis arrangements. The basic funding of decentral energy storage devices amounts up to 50% of the eligible cost. There may be possible innovation bonuses. The maximum total funding amounts to 30,000 Euros. Model projects for the commercial operation of PV systems can be funded up to 75% of the eligible cost or rather 50,000 Euros.

Who can benefit?

  • Individual persons and legal entities who are owner, tenant or renter of the areas in Saxony where the project shall be implemented.
  • Companies whose majority of the shares are held by the public authorities, members of liberal professions as well as SME with headquarter or production site in Saxony.
